I see you - because I have been there and walked this path myself.

After navigating burnout, a heart attack and Long Covid, I was forced to slow down and completely reassess how I was living my life. That journey brought me back to the path I was always meant to walk — healing, energy work and supporting others as they reconnect with themselves.

Today I hold space for women who are ready to step off the hamster wheel and begin living a more soul-aligned life.

Through Reiki healing, energy work and intuitive coaching I help you:
