Crystal Healing Grid to support stepping into Personal Power & Confidence

This Saturday morning, I had the absolute pleasure and joy of guiding a beautiful group through a Personal Power & Confidence Reiki session, dedicated to the Solar Plexus chakra — the energetic centre of self-worth, personal power, and confidence. When this energy is balanced and in flow, we feel strong, worthy, and fully aligned with our Authentic Self.

Setting the Intention

We began our session with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening our hearts to love, gratitude, and connection. Cacao, the gentle heart-healing plant medicine, allowing everyone to calm and soften into the space, inviting warmth and openness for the session. With each sip of this gorgeous elixir, we embraced the golden yellow energy of the Solar Plexus — our centre of personal power — and set a group intention:

“I Stand in My Power.”

Together, we visualised a golden ball of light in our Solar Plexus, expanding outward to connect and empower the entire group. I invited everyone (if they wish) to share one word about how we were arriving or feeling this morning, anchoring presence and awareness in the moment.

Breathwork & EFT Tapping

To prepare for deep energy work, we practised a short box breathing exercise  — a simple yet powerful tool to calm the nervous system and centre the mind. Once relaxed and fully grounded, we moved into Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, focusing on releasing self-doubt, fear, and the voice of the inner critic, while embracing confidence, self-belief, and empowerment.

It was a gentle yet transformative process, helping everyone connect with their own innate strength and courage.

Solar Plexus Golden Sun Visualisation

Next, I guided the group through a Solar Plexus Golden Sun meditation. Visualising a warm, radiant sun within the belly, the light expanded through the body, filling every cell with confidence, joy, and vitality. With each breath, participants felt the golden light surrounding them — a reminder that their personal power is always within reach.

Affirmations for confidence were repeated throughout:

• I am strong, powerful, and brave.

• I am worthy of love, respect, and success.

• I trust myself and my decisions.

Reiki Healing and Crystal Support

With the Reiki energy, we focused on clearing, balancing, and activating the Solar Plexus chakra. Participants were supported by the radiant energy of Citrine and Tiger’s Eye, crystals known for boosting confidence, courage, and personal power.

This healing space invited honesty, emotional release, and freedom of expression, allowing everyone to truly claim their power and shine their light.

Closing Reflection

We concluded with a group affirmation mantra:

“I am the light of my power. I trust in my worth. I stand tall, grounded and strong. My confidence flows with ease and grace. I honour who I am, and all I am becoming. I am radiant, I am worthy, I am free.”

I  encouraged everyone to fully feel into this warm golden energy and let it settle in their Solar Plexus, to carry it into their lives, and remember the strength, courage, and radiance that lives within all of us.

Honestly, I was so honoured to be able to hold space for this solar plexus healing and it was such a powerful and restorative healing session that everyone experienced. The group advised afterwards that they felt lighter, relaxed and ready to step back into their day feeling empowered, grounded, and connected to their inner strength.
