Reiki for Stress and Anxiety: Finding Calm in a Fast-Paced World

In today’s world, life can often feel like it’s moving faster than we are. The constant demands, screens, pressures, and to-do lists leave many people struggling with stress and anxiety. Crystals such as Amethyst (calming the mind), Rose Quartz (soothing the heart), and Smoky Quartz (grounding and releasing stress) work beautifully alongside Reiki.
